How long does Capiva keep my data?
The retention period is 12 months for browsing data and assessment data, and 24 months for contact form data and assessment reports, or until you request deletion. Once that period ends, the data is deleted automatically.
How do I request deletion of my personal data?
The route is an email to contato@capiva.tech with the subject Privacy, describing the request. Deletion is one of the rights set out in Art. 18 of the Brazilian LGPD, along with confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, and revocation of consent at any time.
