Cases

Concrete projects. Measurable impact. Each case documents what was done, what changed, and what it means for companies that want to operate in the AI era.

Quick answer

Capiva delivers an AI operating model that compresses corporate project cycles from 6 months to 2 weeks. It is not an optimization of the existing process, it is a different process. The GEO Audit comes out of the same work: a diagnostic tool that tests whether a website is cited by AI, built on more than a year of optimizing for answer engines.

What does Capiva deliver?

An operational harness. Agent, model and working structure applied to the cycle of an entire project. Three fronts come out of that harness. The AI-first methodology compresses the schedule from 6 months to 2 weeks. The GEO Audit tests whether a website is citable by AI. The harness itself, “Agent = Model + Harness”, is the pattern that sustains the other two.

Frequently asked questions

What is Capiva?

Capiva is a boutique artificial intelligence consultancy. The work is putting AI inside the operation of mid-size and large companies, with strategy, architecture and implementation in the same team. It works with clients in Brazil, the United States and the United Kingdom. Every project runs under contract and under a confidentiality agreement.

What is Capiva's AI-first methodology?

The AI-first methodology is the operating model Capiva uses to compress a corporate project cycle from 6 months to 2 weeks. The difference is not adding more people to the same structure: the process itself changes, with agent, model and harness applied to the entire project cycle.

What is the GEO Audit?

The GEO Audit is a diagnostic tool that tests whether a website is cited by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. The analysis returns a score per dimension: schema, text citability, technical aspects, content, platforms and brand authority. The tool came out of more than a year of Capiva's work on answer engine optimization.

What is an AI harness?

An AI harness is the structure wrapped around a language model that turns it into an agent able to execute work: tools, context, memory and operating rules. The formula Agent = Model + Harness is LangChain's (Vivek Trivedy, March 2026); Mitchell Hashimoto named the discipline of designing that harness, harness engineering. In the cases on this page, the harness is the pattern that sustains both the AI-first methodology and the GEO Audit.

Which cases are published on this page?

This page indexes two cases. The first documents the AI-first methodology, which compresses the project cycle from 6 months to 2 weeks. The second documents the GEO Audit, the AI visibility diagnostic tool Capiva opened to the market. Each case describes what was done, what changed and what it means in practice.

Why don't Capiva's cases name clients?

Capiva's projects are covered by confidentiality agreements, so the published cases describe Capiva's own work or the pattern applied, without identifying the companies that hired it. When client context is needed to understand a case, it appears in generic terms. This is a contractual restriction, not an editorial choice.
